Author Guidelines

Articles:

Articles may be submitted by e-mail to the Editorial Team in the following form:

The journal seeks papers which are original, analytical, clearly written, and related to current management and business issues. These can include "position papers" or "state of the art" papers based on research, conveying a practical and prescriptive management message or commentary in readable form. Relevance to current "hot topics" is particularly sought. All articles are peer-reviewed.

Case Studies:

Case studies on management are sought which illustrate an important aspect of current practical business and management or a current conceptual line of academic inquiry. Individual corporate or business sector studies can have importance in their own right. Such case studies will be peer-reviewed.

Conference Reports:

Reports of management and business conferences should highlight main papers presented and not exceed 5000 words. Title of conference, organisers and sponsors, main speakers, date and place of conference should be included. Report authors should also include short professional biographies, and head-and-shoulder photos.

Interviews:

Interviews should preferably be in narrative rather than question-and-answer form and not exceed 5,000 words. Round-table discussions can be included under this heading with similar maximum text length. Generally speaking, it is expected that interviews will be of leaders or experts in their fields of business and management.
